Source: Atlanta Journal Constitution
FERGUSON, Mo. The mother whose son was shot and killed by Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson in August 2014 said she will never forgive Wilson.
Asked her feelings about Wilson, who killed Brown on Aug. 9, 2014, after stopping him for walking in the street, Lezley McSpadden called him the devil.
"He's evil, his acts were devilish, she said in an interview with Al Jazeera.
In an interview in a current New Yorker magazine article , Wilson said he doesnt really reflect on Michael Brown. You do realize that his parents are suing me? he told the New Yorker. So I have to think about him
Do I think about who he was as a person? Not really, because it doesnt matter at this point. Do I think he had the best upbringing? No. Not at all.

(14,779 posts)You do NOT have the shooter attack the victim, leave that to other people. The Shooter should be saying he regrets the shooting and wish it never occurred, but as to the details he has been instructed by his attorney not to say a word. As to upbringing, just say you do not know anything about the victim's upbringing and thus can not comment on it.
You do NOT have the shooter say something bad about the victim. If you want the press to hear bad things, get that out via third persons (including releasing any prior criminal history of the victim). If pressed, fall back on the line "My Attorney told me not to say anything on that subject". In any interview, mention your training and background, when asked about the incident fall fall back on the line "My Attorney told me not to say anything on that subject".
Now, mentioning the lawsuit is NOT a banned subject, mention that family is suing you, and that you understand their grief and loss and why they are suing you, but do NOT make any comment in the case itself, fall back on the line "My Attorney told me not to say anything on that subject" as to the incident and the victim.
Hopefully this is the ex-officer being an idiot, not his attorneys, but you never know.
