Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton Indicted, Sources Say

Source: NBCDFW.com

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has been indicted on three charges by a grand jury in Collin County, two people close to the case told NBC 5 on Saturday.

The indictments were issued on Tuesday and immediately sealed, the sources said, adding they are set to be unsealed as early as Monday in Collin County.

A Tarrant County judge has been appointed to hear the case, the sources said.

The grand jury and two special prosecutors have been investigating whether Paxton committed a securities crime by acting as a broker without being licensed.

The Texas GOP voters voted for a known law breaker who was going to be indicted. It is tough living in Texas at times. Everyone in Texas knew that Paxton was a crook and he was elected anyway

Voter id cost the Democrats between 300,000 to 600,000 votes. The electronic voting machines are not at fault. I was present at the testing of the machines in my county

hundreds of thousands of dollars at least

possible penalties include life in prison depending on what they actual charges are.

as an example of how much shit hes in the indictment is coming from a very republican county that voted for douchbag governor abbot by a 2-1 margin

if all they look at is the civil penalty. Considering that he is accused of ripping off more than a $100,000 that still leaves a nice profit.

He'll get some appellate court to overturn it, should he be convicted. Just watch.

The main reason that I don't go over there is it takes to long for pages to load and there are too many advertisements.

Check out the Forums & Groups tab at top and subscribe to groups that interest you. I've served as a Main forum host and should be answer any questions that may arise. The members at DU may disagree on occasion, but as long as you remain civil this is a pretty good place. I still haven't had any posts hidden in four years and over 17,000 posts.
