Florida man returned to jail on Friday to await trial on attempted murder charges in a roadway shooting involving George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer acquitted in the 2012 shooting death of unarmed black teenager Trayvon Martin.

A judge revoked the bond of Matthew Apperson, 36, following a complaint that he had violated its conditions by urinating on a neighbor’s front door. Apperson had been released on $35,000 bond and ordered to wear a GPS tracking devise following his arrest earlier this year in connection with a roadside altercation with Zimmerman.

Zimmerman suffered a minor injury from flying glass after Apperson fired a shot at him through his car window, authorities have said. The May incident occurred in Lake Mary, Florida, a suburb of Orlando.

The incident marked Zimmerman’s latest brush with law enforcement since his acquittal in Martin’s death, a case that spurred civil rights rallies and drew attention to Florida’s controversial “stand your ground” law.

the best evidence available is that TM attacked GZ, at least TM confronted GZ, and we know for a fact that TM was assaulting GZ when TM got shot.

GZ following TM in a truck for a couple of blocks is absolutely no justification for TM to assault GZ.

It's possible that GZ attacked TM when TM confronted GZ, but we have no evidence of that. In the US we have innocent until proven guilty and this case fell far short of proving that GZ committed murder.

Minding his own business, headed to his dad's friend's place. That's ALL he was doing.

Zimmerman stalked him, before and after the police told him not to, and picked a fight. Trayvon fought for his life--and lost.

30. No, TM returned to GZ's position, not far from the truck.

GZ didn't move far from the truck after talking to the operator. The confrontation was about four minutes after GZ talked to the operator. TM returned from near where his dad was staying back to GZ's position. The next thing we have absolute proof for was TM violently assaulting GZ, which to any rational person in GZ's position, was attempted murder.

GZ parked at the corner and walked east (assuming the directions are correct on the map.) Just as he started walking the operator said he didn't need to follow TM.

TM made his way to the house. TM then returned to GZ's position, and the next thing we know (four minutes later) GZ was screaming for help while being assaulted by TM.

This witness at 3:10 says she saw a guy on top with a white t-shirt which means there was someone on top of Trayvon before Zimmerman got there, which might also explain why Trayvon called someone a creepy ass cracka because he wasn't referring to hispanic looking Zimmerman but Frank Taaffe, the old man Jeantel heard asking Trayvon what are you doing around here?

No DNA/Blood of Zimmerman on Trayvon's hands, under fingernails, hoodie sleeves which proves Trayvon never hit Zimmerman (Zimmerman likely hit the back of his head with his own gun after the murder and the police photoshopped his broken nose injury to cover themselves for letting Zimmerman go and taking his word)

5. In Jenna's 911 call her husband Jeremy in the background says he was warned he'd shoot em. Yet this guy said he didnt know Zimmerman, didnt looked outside, or went outside so how was he warned less he was lying about not knowing anything. At 1:34 Jeremy says he warned me he'd shoot em. At 1:46/47 you hear Zimmerman from outside say "Mark" letting us know Mark Osterman was there.

6. In Zimmerman's dispatcher call you hear at 00:03/:04 accomplice says you think Im crazy, at 3:19 you hear Zimmerman whispers my keys are in my truck to accomplices and lots more stuff.

7. Jeantel was telling the truth. Jenna Lauer stated that she heard someone say "what are you doing" to detectives but changed it at court to protect her husband Jeremy who was an accomplice.

When people assumed Zimmerman got out and run he was actually getting back into truck driving to the back entrance with the window down. His accomplice with the spare key moved his truck to the T later.
