9 Republican presidential contenders court evangelicals in Iowa

Source: Omaha World Herald

By Robynn Tysver

WAUKEE, Iowa — The political migration has begun in earnest to Iowa.

Nine Republican presidential hopefuls flocked to the state Saturday, targeting voters at ice-cream socials and positioning themselves as tough on “radical Islamists” and staunch supporters of “religious liberty.”

Behind them came the media — lots and lots of media.

“You have more media people here than we have voting people,” grumbled Lee Stine, one of about 100 who came to listen to Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker at an Urbandale restaurant earlier in the day.

FULL story and more photos at link.

to Christian extremists who hate all other religions and want public policy dictated by their version of
Jesus as a war and hate monger.

Stupid, stupid system.

but this is the Republican Party who has forced sane people out.

And, the Dems didn't help because they went right along with the pandering from the get-go.
And they continue to do so.
There is, apparently, only one valid religion and that is the one all must bow to....Last year I went to
a festival at the Temple and the rabbi and I chatted and he didn't like the way things were going.
Last week I talked to a mainstream chaplain, who will visit my mother in hospice, and HE's not happy about
what these crazies are doing in the name of Jesus. The sane churches where people go to reflect and then
go home and mind their own business or actually don't crucify women over choice are suffering because of these
narcissistic, immature assholes.

one of these evil clowns could become the "leader" of the USA, with two friendly legislative branches to rubber stamp his crazed agenda.

But both the parties are the same, or something.
