Bush Turns to Gun Rights

Source: PoliticalWire/WSJ

Jeb Bush “is confronting a conservative backlash for his positions on education and immigration. This week, he’ll turn to an issue on which he garners much higher marks from the right: guns,” the Wall Street Journal reports.

“Key to his appeal is the 2005 decision to sign a bill, among the most sweeping of its kind, that expanded protections for Floridians who use deadly force against home intruders or people who attack them in their cars, workplace or even on the street. The law has since become a touchstone in a broader debate about the use of deadly force, following the 2012 shooting death of Trayvon Martin, an unarmed black teenager.”

When will the media stop using Newsspeak like "conservative backlash".

Call it what it is: the noisiest radicals of the whiniest political party throw another temper tantrum.

Boo hoo. So Jebbie throws them a pacifier: guns! A shiny toy that distracts their attention from un-pleasantries like immigration and education.

Their idea is if you make government stupid enough, then an idiot can run it. And it's working.

I wonder if Jeb will allow his gun humpers to be armed at his events. Walk the walk brother Bush.

Pretty much anything the Bush's have pushed out has been rejected by America. Sooner than later. Just saying.
