Deputy police chief in California arrested on drug charges

FRESNO, Calif. (AP) — Authorities say Fresno's deputy police chief is among four people arrested on federal drug charges, including conspiracy to distribute oxycodone and heroin.
The Fresno Bee reports (http://bit.ly/1EZhkZN ) that Deputy Police Chief Keith Foster has been put on administrative leave.
Federal authorities say the 51-year-old was arrested Thursday as result of a yearlong joint investigation by the FBI and ATF that involved wiretaps and surveillance.
Officials also arrested Fresno residents Rafael Guzman, Jennifer Donebedian and Randy Flores.
