Justice Department to seek stay in Texas immigration ruling

The Department of Justice will seek a stay in the Texas immigration ruling that has put President Barack Obama's executive order on hold at the moment, the White House spokesman said Friday.
White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said the request will be filed by Monday. The White House previously announced the government would appeal the ruling.
