Wisconsin Republicans plan vote on right-to-work next week

Posted Friday, February 20th 2015 @ 10am by Associated Press/1310 WIBA/WTMJ

MADISON, Wis. (AP) _ In a surprise announcement, the Republican leader of the state Senate says he will schedule a vote for next week on a yet-to-be-introduced bill that would make Wisconsin a right-to-work state.

Republican Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald said Friday on WTMJ radio that he has 17 votes to pass the bill now. He says it will be introduced later Friday and he plans to hold a vote either Wednesday or early Thursday............

Under right-to-work, private sector workers would not be required to join unions or pay dues as a condition of employment.

As your neighbor to the West of Lake Michigan -- we got Right to Work for less in 2012 and not a JOB has been produced since, as a result -- like that is the point -- which it is not. Walker is a slime bucket to say the very least about this fool. Rick Snyder is no better.....

of Wisconsin and especially Scott Fitzgerald.

Sen. Scott Fitzgerald (R-13), ALEC Public Safety and Elections Task Force Member [6] and former State Chairman - A staff member stated in a July 2013 email to constituents that Sen. Fitzgerald is no longer an ALEC member,[44] but in September 2013 the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported that he had rejoined ALEC.
