Family taught boy about ‘stranger danger’ by kidnapping him at gunpoint, police say
Source: Washington Post
Apparently, the only way to teach a 6-year-old that hes too nice is to stage a terrifyingly cruel fake kidnapping, according to one, now-incarcerated Missouri family.
According to authorities, the elaborate plot involved tying the childs hands, covering his face and threatening him with a handgun. They say they learned about it on Wednesday through the boys school.

For some four hours, the family terrorized him. Throughout the incident, the boys mother and grandmother remained in contact with Firoved by cellphone.
Kroutil, his aunt, pulled down his pants and told the boy he would be sold into sex slavery. When he didnt try to resist her, Kroutil got more upset, according to police.

(6,699 posts)This blows my mind, but it doesn't surprise me. I keep thinking how "we're #1" is such a joke. We have some of the lamest, most asinine jerk-offs living among us; it's a small wonder we even function as a society. When you consider that 30-40% or less vote for elected officials t represent them and do the government's business; and then we have empty headed neanderthals that think like this; God help us. We are so far from #1, it's damned scary!

(30,099 posts)A flaw of nature is that children do not get to choose who their parents will be.
Best wishes for the boy, he will need a great deal of help and love.
