The cause of Greg Fisk's death was a heart attack. There was some uncertainty for the first 24 hours after his death because he had bruises(leading to some speculation of foul play) but it was determined that the attack must have killed him instantly and the bruises were from the uncontrolled fall he took.

it's so shocking when people just drop dead like that, but they often do. I kind of hope that's the way I go.
