Republicans are an inflamed appendix....
Republicans are a diseased, vestigial structure in American politics. The tumor must be removed so that the body politic can heal. It now appears that corporate Democrats want to move into the moderate-conservative space now housing the Clowns of the Apocalypse, creating a nice opening for a new party which fully incorporates young folks, women, and minorities, a party which represents progressive platforms geared at bettering the lives of the working classes and the poor.
