Monmouth a few days ago had it at 32. This isn't "creeping up;" it's basically confirmation.

Except when his approval rating was in the 40s during the honeymoon phase every new POTUS experiences.

Dozens and dozens of polls have been posted on DU over the last 6+ months and Trump is in the 30s (usually mid-30s) in all of them. I'm waiting for him to drop into the 20s, but I'm not holding my breath.
