Is it just me? I can't stand Kelly O'Donnell

She delivers ANY of her reporting in a way that makes me think surely she's covering State Fair Blue Ribbon winners.

Or perhaps the weather. "Now the cold front will move in slowly, and while that's happening ... "

I hate to be petty -- but BARF. Just barf.

The truth is, I DON'T watch her. I usually turn my attention elsewhere when she comes on.

But unless I give up MSNBC entirely, I AM going to be exposed to her.

But thanks so much for your concern.

tone for the news. The nation and world are falling apart. I prefer reporters whose tone reflects a little gravitas. Just a little.

I remember how pronounced Sarah Palin's learned Beauty Pageant affectations were when she burst onto the scene. It was quite remarkable. I didn't get that vibe from O'Donnell -- but it's as good an explanation as I've seen. All I know is that she's a little like fingernails on blackboard for me.
