Trump going to fire Mueller when Congress leaves for Christmas?

If this is true, I'm thinking they're planning on firing Mueller when Congress is least able to address it: After they leave for Christmas? As a plus for Trump, his nemesis, McCain, is indisposed right now due to health treatments.

I think the drywall come when a-hole, with the support of many republicans, tries to fire trump. But, and correct me if I'm wrong, he will have to ask Rosenstein to fire Mueller. If, and I think when, Rosenstein refused, a-hole will have to fire Rosenstein and hope the next person in line fires Mueller.

6. That's how it happened with Nixon

Nixon ordered the AG to fire the special counsel and he refused and got fired or resigned in protest. The next 2 guys in line also refused and were fired. I think it was Solicitor General Robert Bork that finally did the actually dirty deed. Yes, that Robert Bork.

I'm guessing that it will only be Rosenstein that gets canned this time out. Trump will go to somebody that has taken the Trump Loyalty Oath and they'll fire Mueller.

Trump cannot fire Mueller.

He could try to get someone else to do the dirty deed, but he can't do the firing himself.

And people have been predicting that Mueller will be fired since about twenty minutes after he first started.
