1. Theyre Right Wing Idealogues

They’re nominating them for their right wing ideology rather than their legal or judicial experience. Basically, doing what they’ve accused the dems of doing for years - seating radical left wing activists, which of course, was BS, and if they did lean left, they at least had the relevant experience and demonstrated an understanding of the law and applied it appropriately.
