Trump and FBI

Is trump creating a legal argument in respect to the integrity and competence of the FBI?

I mean if I was in court based on an investigation by an organization that has been repeatedly and overtly described as “incompetent” and “in tatters” by the president, the head of that organization, I would use it to challenge the validity of the organization.

I mean if their boss is unequivocal in their incompetence and complete lack of integrity, than everything they do could be called into question.

Does this create significant legal issues by calling into question their ability to gather information legally and to act ethically? I am referring to regular people currently in the court system due to evidence gathered by the FBI.

A court of law requires proof, which he does not have.

The court of public opinion only requires his opinion, and his ability to change opinions.

They don’t need evidence, they have the word of the chief executive of the organization.

Maybe any evidence that is collected may be called into question? Also, if the prosecution's case was not 100% air tight, I suppose that the prosecutor would indeed be diminished in a court of law if their reputation was severely tarnished.
