If he's committed a crime within the statute of limitations I'm all for prosecuting him, but there's a body of law that says a sitting president can't be prosecuted for a crime (though he can be sued in a civil case). No ethical prosecutor would put on a show trial where the defendant can't actually be prosecuted.
