Where the hell is Mr. National Debt Rand Paul? Hiding from his neighbor?

Paul has bitched about the debt his entire career. How in the hell can he vote for this tax cut. Another lying asshole. The people of Kentucky should vote him out of office if he votes for the tax cuts.
