The entire GOP agenda is to devolve virtually all federal programs and federal responsibility to the individual states and make them voluntary. This idea was a Reagan dream. The GOP believes that the only hing the feds should do is security and military. So there would be 50 different EPA's, DOL's, etc. All regulations would be originated at the state level. So if a sate did not want to have an EPA it could do so. kEach state would get block grants to run their own agencies but they could use that part for its general fund.

The public domain would cease to exist. And most services would go to corporations. Even cities could contract out its governing responsibilities to corporate interests.

GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE RUN LKE A BUSINESS.
