For seven years, the Republicans ran on "repeal Obamacare" slogan

and many believed them, supposedly voted for that.

Well, I think that we need to run on the Repeal the reverse Robin Hood. Or something like that.

As much as we are giddy after Virginia and Alabama, we should accept the fact that much of the vote was not so much for us, but against Trump and his style of... living.

So we need to run on positive slogan. Most voters are against the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (what a title). And after filing our 2018 tax return, many will be even angrier.
