And they will not let it go, hoping to create more divisiveness, apparently. Some of the most rabid have East Coast locations in their screen names. Can't tell if they are upset that a Mid-West Senator upstaging their own is the cause of their animus or if they just want to attack Democratic figures in general.

asking Franken to rescind his resignation. He said Franken was firm about resigning and took guidance from him.
Smith ended by saying “I won’t be underestimated”. She’s got spunk, I hate spunk. (Just kidding)

Franked's full term, which infers in 2018 she will NOT be running for that seat.

Dayton said that’s exactly why he did choose her, because she’s committed to run in 2018.

He will likely not resign until Jones is seated, at a minimum.

Alas, Smith and Jones will likely be seated around the same time.

Calling her an environment hater. Not to mention that after college, she worked as a marketer for General Mills, shoveling sweet cereal down the mouths of poor children.

Her decades of very effective public anti-poverty work will be ignored by the far left attackers that will be hellbent on staining another Democrat. To them, oh my god, she worked hand in hand with private companies while fighting poverty, sacrilege!!!! She should have never worked with the 1%.
