Say NoMoore manages to fund a recount, wouldn't a flip nearing 2% be VERY suspicious??

It would have to be at least 21,000 votes just to be a few dozen ahead. That's a lot of "unfound" or flipped votes.

What was the margin for Siegelman in that tragedy?
