As stupid as Moore is, he considers having a Republican in the seat better than having Jones in it. He will be willing to wait a long time. Turtle won't be too anxious to seat Jones either, it could be awhile. They fucked Franken over for 6 months before the election was certified (How's that for irony?). In that case the seat was vacant, but Strange is Senator until he is replaced....
