Articles about Black Voters not being Enthusiastic before Elections

Everytime there is an election where turnout of black voters is key for the democratic candidate winning we get articles about lack of enthusiasm among black voters.

i know the media does this for things wanting a horse race and ratings.

but i wish they would actually talk to the voters about what matters to them and why they vote the way they do. maybe most black voters are not voting based on enthusiasm .

one of the issues Doug Jones mentioned in his victory speech was Children's health insurance. does one need to be enthusiastic about this to see it's important and vote for a candidate based on this ?

and there are many other issues.

we got articles about the feelings of Trump Voters for Months . Maybe they should do the same for other people and write about issues that matter to them and their lives.

Based on % even though it is never 100% people are not monolithic. There was people ready to scapegoat them based on those articles before a vote has even been counted.
