He has been obnoxious in the post-election show. Attacking Karine Jeanne-Pierre from Move On and letting that gop strategist Brabender (?) set the expectations for how Doug Jones should vote with the gop in order to be re-elected in 2020. She did her best but it is hard to make a point with two asshole talking over her.

My dad always said that older men shouldn't lose lots of weight. It really ages them facially.

You need to get use to the idea. It's better for your mental health.
Buddhists call age sickness and death the heavenly messengers because they teach you the law of impermanence.

(3,335 posts)Each year for a Christmas present, I give each of my three adult children a book. It's been a tradition since they were children. I wanted to encourage them to enjoy reading and that a 'book' was something to treasure. So I was considering his book on Bobby Kennedy. But he's been hawking it to death, on his own show every day, and on everybody else's show as well. Every time I see him on someone else's show hawking it, I say to the TV, "give it a rest Chris".
Well I caught the end of one of his shows this week, even though I have been avoiding him lately because he's always so critical of the Dem's, and he pissed me off. So I was in the store the other day and picked another book. I bought them each a copy of President Obama's Picture Book by his Presidential Photography. I also bought myself one, and the one about Michelle Obama. My copies are proudly displayed on the coffee table in the Living Room and I look forward to showing my little black grandchildren what the largest Presidential Inauguration crowd really looks like. I'll check the bookstores after Christmas and I'm sure they'll have some discounted copies of Tweeties book, but I'm not paying full price 4 times over.
