It shouldn't be a surprise that Moore isn't conceding

He is completely delusional in believing that God is always on his side, and anything he says has the Almighty's seal of approval on it. Even if he has to concede technically, he will spend the rest of his life trying to figure out how God wasn't able to put him in his rightful position, and he won't even entertain the normal way out most Christians use to rationalize setbacks - that He must have other plans for me. No, he was destined for that Senate seat, to use it to bring God/his version of Christianity back to America... Now he just has to figure out what went wrong and fit it into his religious worldview so he can sleep at night.
