he lives just a few miles from campus

took me to the Duke U primate center a few years ago

spent a good bit of the day there, with a bunch of his students

my daughter was in the Peace Corps in Madagascar and new the folks who ran the center.

My daughter took some classes at Wake Tech (not biology - that was my domain - along with chemistry)

Would be fun to meet your friend!

he's almost too good to be true; he's even active in church (in an actually christian way...doing good works and all that). we don't talk about the Jesus stuff much, though, me being a believer in not so very much

if you like, I can arrange for you and him to get together sometime. I'll probably be going out there this summer, now that I think of it

he's on the south side, I guess (right?), a few miles west of tech

been there several times

I should think that the republicans would wake up and realize that he is nothing but a liability before the mid-term elections. But then again, maybe if he stays in office, that would work to our advantage.
