But someone (AL Sec. of State) said he couldn't tell the precincts what to do or how to set their machines. There were apparently 3 choices - retain all, retain none, or retain (I think it was write in ballots). The Sec of State said he couldn't tell them what to do, but he did tell them to take the 3rd option.

I'm figuring if it's close, that's where they're planning on playing with the numbers.

He believes that he is above the law. He has refused to follow court orders. He will now make demands for a recount.

The problem is that all eyes are on Alabama. I don’t think the officials will feel free to cheat with everyone watching.

But this guy is what he is—the antithesis of a class act.

Does it even matter if Moore concedes? Seems like a 20K edge is too much for an automatic recount but I could be wrong.

I just heard him say that.

So is "God" some guy in the background with a ton of money who will step up and bribe the SoS?
