He said all absentees were in and the margin was 1.5% and sure they’d have to certify it but he didn’t sound dubious about it.

9. i heard the same, and feel the same. only if it gets within 0.5% will

state pay for recount. anything above 0.5% Moore has to pay. BUT can't say i'm not worried about it. The senate will stall anyhow, and not seat anybody until Jan 3rd. gonna be a long wait i'm afraid.
