Says certification will be complete no later than Jan 3 2018 and highly unlikely enough military ballots could change results and all absentee ballots have already been counted

They'd have to come up with a lot of stuff ballots. DOD lists stateside active duty as just over 7000.

Moore isn't likely to get more than 2,000 net votes out of that total (Jones is up 21,000 at the moment) - and who knows: they may actually end up adding to Jones's margin slightly.
