Before the Alabama Senate race is called . . . . . .

. . . . . can I get some cheers for the voters that ARE the Democratic base. African Americas and women. The National party needs to pay more than lip service to these groups. They need to be our LEADERSHIP.

There were at least 22,000 Republicans who did a write-in because they couldn't pull the lever for Moore.
That means a LOT when Jones has won with probably less than 20,000 vote difference.

Those were write-in voting Republicans (by and large) who knew they were probably giving it to Jones.
Also the black voters were total heroes too, showing up and voting when it really meant something.

White women are proving themselves suspect in an election situation.
Even with everything that Roy Moore has been revealed himself to be, too many white women considered their skin color first before their gender or their Economic well being.
Something to think about in future campaigns.

"Once again, white women are 'suspect"?...Gee, if "white women are "suspect", what are White MEN,?...Tried & convicted, I'd guess.

This is a happy night...How about we forget the finger pointing for awhile?

I still worried about all those little red dots outside the larger cities. They need to be deprogrammed.

As would Letitia James in New York.

They speak from deep comviction, are not "managed" and actually have the passion, values and autheticity of old style Democrats.

December 12th was Doug & Louise's 25TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY!

Alaskans don't stand much on formality and automatically assume if we speak of Lisa or Byron or Uncle Ted, you know what we're talking about. THIS couple is going to be in EVERYONE'S first name list! And this was one HELL of a speech!
