He hasn't taken the lead. The next 30 minutes will tell us if he has enough to overtake Moore. What I know is that their projection tool is still showing it as a toss-up - with a very slight lean for Jones (63% chance - win by 1.7%).

5. The Times has Jones' odds of winning dropping like a rock...

...was 90%, then 74%, now down to 67%.

EDIT: Now 62%.

8. NYT's election tracker has shown Jones projected margin declining since 10:00.

Exactly what you'd expect to see if exit polls had reported votes that somehow are evaporating.
