Showing a big loss discourages voters. Makes more sense to sbow a close race, so your vote coints. Fox polls include cell phones, while Emerson accounting for the big difference on numbers. When young people vote, we win

They would be more than willing to throw a poll result to seat a GOP senator. The loss in credibility of having a poll wrong is minor.

Their hope is that people think that Jones has it in the bag, so taking the time to vote isn't necessary, it's already won.

I don't willing watch Fox, but I see it fairly often on TVs that I don't control when I am out and about.

Republicans likely regard them as motivation. loyalty above all -- they fall in line and do their part regardless, they take wins and losses as seriously as they take college football matches.

on another thread, and the response I got was essentially that a polling firm would not sully their reputation by cooking the poll. Anyone who would take Fox News money for anything is already suspect in my eyes.
