I know; Roosevelt said "which," not "that."

The Supreme Court delivered its decision in Bush v. Gore on this day in 2000, declaring that Bush would occupy the White House for the next eight years.

Also, if you own an Oldsmobile, you know that it was on the same day that General Motors announced that it would be stopping production of Oldsmobiles.

I really lost a lot of my capacity for joy that day. I was really embittered, and angry for a long time afterwards. It affected my physical and mental wellbeing. I never fully got over it, and then last November, it got worse all over again.
