Rep. Cummings has big empty bag of fucks to give, and isn't likely to be bullied by Trump. Trump likes his targets to be in an inferior or vulnerable position, and he's already miscalculated on Sen. Gillibrand, who came back swinging. I'd guess that Trump just ignores Cummings and hope he goes away.

I hope that Cummings re-tweets himself every day until Trump does as he's told.
