Whose in the hot seat if Drumpt fires Rosenstein if he refuses to get rid of Mueller

https://www.businessinsider.com.au/who-is-rachel-brand-2017-6

Interesting article on the next person in line if Drumpt decides to fire Mueller. Personally, I think one day Drumpt will finally get his marching orders from Faux News and fire Mueller. In the article there is an interesting note that Drumpt may not fire anyone but just get rid of the entire position that Mueller falls under.

If he is still raging over Sessions, he must be at least as mad at Rosenstein. It would look so bad, but Fox has given him cover now.

Couldn't Mueller file charges in court for obstruction? before tRump has a chance to hire anybody?

Or someone else could do it for him. That's what happened in Watergate. A member of Congress asked the court to reinstate Cox and the court agreed. But by that time a new Counsel was appointed and things went on as before, and it became evidence of obstruction. That's why everyone is counseling Trump not to fire Mueller.
