imho, the nation needs him to stay in office, be impeached, removed from office by the senate, and brought to trial for an incredible legacy of crimes and misdemeanors, along with his cronies and enablers. this is the resolution we need. resignation lands us with another Nixon-Ford scenario - insufficient. we need there to be absolutely no question in the annals of history that he was a deranged criminal unfit to visit the office of the president, let alone hold it.
