In Franken's Fall, Sudden Senate Pickup Chance for Republicans

In Franken's Fall, Sudden Senate Pickup Chance for Republicans
By Kyle Potter & Thomas Beaumont December 08, 2017

Franken’s exit gives Republicans an opening to expand their reach in an already favorable Senate map — two dozen Democratic senators are up for re-election next year, including 10 in states that President Donald Trump carried in 2016. That difficult math raises the question of whether Dayton will appoint a temporary placeholder or try to give a Democrat a running start for the 2018 campaign.

Former Gov. Tim Pawlenty — the last Republican to win a statewide election in Minnesota, in 2006 — was seen as a potential heavyweight contender in the GOP.

to face his accusers are happy.

I'm sure the republicans including the pussy grabber in chief, who ain't goin nowhere of course, are overjoyed at the chance of picking up another seat formerly held by a liberal democrat.

nowhere as anyone who follows politics in the least already knows.

If the idiots that forced Franken out and thought in their delirious, fantasy world that would make Trump the pussy grabber resign, well damn.

Just damn!

just as newsmax's Chris ruddy, Clinton conspiracist-confabulator-liar extraordinaire makes his disgusting presence a regular occurrence on TV now, these wing nut 'news' outlets' rise to apparent respectability boggles the mind

what next, Mike Cernovich (sp?) becoming a round table participant on MTP?

anybody hear his revealing confrontation with the On the Media guy last weekend? pretty amazing.....fricking rapist bragging about how to deal with the day after date rape, then playing the host with faux outrage and boasting about it immediately afterwards

why isn't that guy being sued?
