Just hours after a ruling ordered Alabama's Secretary of State Merrill to RETAIN copies of all e-ballots cast on Alabama's very hackable machines, the AL Supreme Court overturned the order. WHY??

1. Horrifying news. Election protection advocate John Brakey won an important order earlier today 2 compel Alabama's SOS John Merrill 2 preserve the voting machine ballot images, which can detect & thus hacking. Merrill just got the order overruled by the AL Supreme Court.

There is no reason not to, except to be able to cheat. The Democrats should have passed some laws covering this and gerrymandering when they had the supermajority in 2009. If there's a next time when we control the government (should have the SCOTUS now with Merrick Garland), this needs to be the first order of business.

13. Nothing in Alabama, Mississippi, or West Virginia....

...surprises me. West Virginia is a bit different because they don’t have to steal elections, voters are dumb enough there to vote against their own best interests. But in this case in Alabama, the Repukes are out to kill a fair election and then wipe their prints off the murder weapon. And they will likely get away with it. The only ones who could stop it are helping to steal it.
