I am aware that retired judges are often called "Judge" out of respect for their prior service. But, when an individual has TWICE been removed from the bench because he openly refused to do his job and enforce laws which did not agree with his idea of "religion", there is no prior service worthy of being honored.
So, "hypocrite" Moore or "pedophile" Moore or even "Uncle Bad Touch", but NOT "Judge" Moore.

His removal from the Alabama Supreme Court is grounds enough to disqualify him from the Senate.
