He’s been saying that the whole time. He’ll play shocked when and if Roy Moore wins : he wants us all to think that the Republicans have decency in their ranks in large enough quantities to not elect Moore. He predicted the same of Trump more than once in 2016 when he felt like it was the smart thing to say.

Who wants a sign in their yard that communicates ‘i’m with the pedophile’? That’s not a good look for anyone no matter how Republican the state is... in fact it’s just gross. Still doesn’t convince me most won’t still just vote R because it’s what they always do.

I’d love to be wrong about this of course - but right now i’d err on the side of caution and not get my hopes up. In fact I think it’s also a unspoken thing right now where Fox News is saying Jones is in the lead , comfortably - just to push the base harder. Hewitt could be doing the same on his garbage ass radio show.

I suspect they wouldn't have him make the call if there wasn't a good chance they could win.

The bigger issue for people in Alabama was hit on the head yesterday by Shelby. If Alabama goes for Moore they are not going to get corporations moving there if they can go to Florida or somewhere else in the South.

I am no longer objective but see this as a chance to drive Trump even more nuts than he is now.

Swings wherever the wind is blowing. Anyhow, isn't it time for him to introduce the new episode of "Tales from the Crypt"?

Hugh Hewitt was like watching Fox News this weekend. He is so intellectually dishonest and kept saying Schumer Shutdown several times in every sentence. I am going to hound MSNBC to get rid of him. Fox News propaganda is enough. We don't need to import it into MSNBC. I blasted him on twitter all weekend. Pissed me off!!!

I certainly agree with you, there's no point in watching propaganda and the fact that it's a blight on the MSNBC schedule makes it even harder to take. Welcome to DU!

You really think the repubs are going to follow through with a dog & pony show if he gets elected?

They are going to forget their investigation promise 2 seconds after the election is over.

Ethics committee investigations are secret by their rules. Also witnesses are not required to be sworn before that committee.

in a publication. And he continued to predict that Feinstein was going to lose; that Boxer was going to lose, that Davis (before he was recalled) was going to lose.

In short, a losing track record.

But, maybe, the story with the stopped clock, etc.
