Just heard on MSNBC.

He says the charges are consistent with the ways he's acted in the past. He is taking leave from his TV shows and his restaurants.

4. I would think that these guys would get ahead of things

If you know you've got this stuff in your past, come clean beforehand. You wouldn't have to name names, but be honest about what you did, find some sort of penance (sexual harassment training, donations to appropriate groups, if you're in charge of a company put into place better protections). Waiting around seems like a horrible choice.
