Thank you to @TrueFactsStated for helping bring light to this. And Kasha for helping me get the information. Also sorting out as you collected. P.S Keep in mind Roy and Lynda are first cousin. Cecil Minyard is said to be Cecil Moore by people around and some family members.



Cecil is unaware of Roy Moore being his dad.

People have seen the birth certificate illegally. So at this time we are waiting for either CNN or Snopes to gain access to Birth certificate. People that have seen it (per source) it says Roy Moore. Let's hope tomorrow gives us more information.

Won't report on it unless they can get Cecil to sign off on the release.

Lynda had Cecil at 18 but was impregnated at 17.

Roy was at West Point during this time at 21 or 22.
