Republicans don't have a conscience or a sense of fair play that can be appealed to. These are folks who think that the wealthy are the most put-upon segment of our society, which is why they legislate in their favor, consistently and without fail. Single mom working two or three jobs? A moocher! Trust fund baby who can't write off every penny of depreciation for his Lear jet? Oh, the humanity!
