I often get blasted here for my frustration and criticisms of the Democratic Party.

While I have never voted for a SINGLE Republican in my life, I have used terms such as weak, inept, poor messaging, and always playing defense to critic the party and it's leaders.

On Tuesday a man who in his 30's was banned from a Mall for harassing girls and credibly molested teenage girls will most likely be elected to the United States Senate. Meantime a man who caught the AG Jeff Sessions lying under oath 3 times about Russia was then subjected to a BS right wing hit job has resigned because his fellow Democrats refused to defend him.

John Conyers resigned immediately, yet Joe Barton will finish his term and Blake Farenthold, who used $84,000 of taxpayer money, is going nowhere.

If you think things are running well for our party, you are either delusional or in denial.

A younger aggressive, more politically savvy generation needs to replace a clueless older guard that keeps finding ways too lose. The Jr. Senator from NY disqualified herself to be part of the new guard this week.

PS: If I get banned, I think I have proven my point about delusional and in denial.

I hope some dem primaries her and wins. She outted herself as a no loyalty backstabber with her heinous actions towards the clintons and now Franken. It's obvious that truth means nothing to her at all, she's just so fucking full of herself. Of course, she doesn't deign to press charges against drumpf or Moore, she only kills Dems. She really sickens me. I really liked Harris prior to this, but god-damn it, she was a prosecutor. Why didn't she uphold the rule of law and support an ethics committee hearing? Getting rid of competition and trying to win a purity contest is all she cared about, not the truth at all. She too will never see any of my dimes or get the benefit of multiple letters and calls. I will never vote Repug, just could not, but if any of these *((&^ get the general nomination, my vote in the primary is all they will get. They have killed our party to advance themselves. Disgusting!

circular firing squad called the national Democratic Party. That's the point in fact. Democrats are the only viable option for reasonably good government and they get punked by the right wing minority party on the regular. Then their most prominent challenger to the scourge of Trumpism gets railroaded out of town on flimsy heresay., BY THE DEM LEADERSHIP, in all their dysfunctional groupthink. The right doesn't even need to bother with running a campaign or calling their Russian enablers - the Dems unelect themselves! It's a sad and pathetic state of affairs in this party - THIS IS THE POINT. The more the collective denial continues, the bigger the hole to somehow climb out of.

Are you a member of the Democratic Party you attack? I am. Do you go to the monthly meetings for your congressional district Democratic Party? I do. Are you active in your local Democratic Party? I am. At our monthly meetings there are plenty of young folks wanting to make a difference.

Get involved and participate. Complaining and attacking your side does nothing to help without action.

Franken could have easily refused to resign and let the Senate Ethics Committee do its work. I would have supported him wholeheartedly in that, but he didn't. Is he taking one for the team? Possibly. I don't know. What I do know is we've cleaned our house. The Rethugs? They won't even try, and, insult to injury, a pedophile may join their ranks next week. Seems to me, with sexual harassment in the forefront of the public's psyche right now, painting the Rethugs as the party of abusers and pedophiles might be a good set of weapons for 2018. But first, it's better to get out of our own glass house before we start throwing stones...and we've got some boulders to throw if "teen beat" wins the AL Senate seat. Time will tell.

they seem to think there are rules to this game and they, for some reason, have to follow them. There are no rules Dems! There is no moral high ground. The ONLY rule is there are no rules. Republicans figured that out when Nixon wimped out. It is war and nothing short of scorched earth is going to win. I just get so pissed at Dems whining about something is not fair when I never recall anyone saying anything in this life is fair. While Dems are crying great big crocodile tears and pointing fingers the Republicans are bending them over and singing, "Strangers in the Night," as they slip it in. The Dem leadership has to get it through their thick heads that Republicans will do anything to get what they want, ANYTHING!

Voter suppression and gerrymandering alone don't explain why the GOP has the White House, US House, US Senate, a clear majority of governorships and a clear majority of state legislatures.

Clearly, the party's approach is not working. For instance, do you hear Democrats - when they go on the air - raising hell over voter suppression and gerrymandering? I don't.
