Warning: This is a video of a police officer murdering a human being.

The thing that I noticed about this cop is that he went out of his way to make a tense situation even more so. He intentionally set up Daniel Shaver to fail and then coldly took his life for that failure.

This killer cop was just acquitted by the way, affirming that the police can at times commit cold blooded murder and have that murder endorsed by the state.

Not only does it make zero sense, it does make a case that he was setting him up to fail and enjoying humiliating him.

This happened 2 years ago. He's the guy that was brandishing a BB pistol out of a hotel window. Trial just finished. Acquitted on all counts.

I'm shocked at this acquittal. Says plenty about the locals of that town.

As bad as that video looks, we have to keep in mind that it's ok to do anything, to anyone, as long as we think that they are going to harm us in any way at all.

I'm confident that if I were to shoot a random stranger in a hotel hallway, that I would be found 'not guilty' by a jury of my peers when I explained to them that I was scared.

But seriously....we have a problem here. In my opinion, police officers who are supposedly trained to deal with these matters better than I could, aren't being held to higher standard than I would be. Hell, they are not even being held to the same standards that I am....they are being held to a far lower standard. It's fundamentally fucked up.

If I’d been on that jury, NO WAY would I have gone for acquittal. That video shows a murder, nothing less.

According to the police report, Brailsford was carrying an AR-15 rifle with the phrase “You’re F—ed” etched into the weapon. The police report also said the “shots were fired so rapidly that in watching the video at regular speed, one cannot count them.”

It’s a pitifully nihilistic/adolescent touch. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s got a “Bad Motherfucker” tat.

I hope some of the jurors in the case someday find themselves on the wrong end of the Gestapo.

No justice in this country at all.

white lives matter people.

I watched this and it was horrifying. It looked to me like Shaver was trying to avoid or got tripped up by the purse and fell doing so. The so called cop told him not to fall, so he shot him. He was screaming orders and threatening to kill him from the get go.

if he really wanted to keep people safe from a mass shooter, he would say lay down on the floor with your hands out, and the other cops would approach the suspect to frisk and cuff him.

Let this be a reminder to everyone that it could happen to anyone. There was no crime committed. Dude was not a criminal when he was executed by agents of his own government. Whose life matters when everyone is white? White skin isn't bulletproof.
