And it is an outlier. The most recent polls of the Big Four (the ones who do weekly or daily polls) are Gallup (38%), Rasmussen (42%), Economic/You Gov (43%) and Reuters/Ipsos (37%). The average of those four is 40%, unchanged versus the last two weeks.
