I will never envy any dystopian fiction writer

If it wasn't reality, the whole mindset of saying "Merry Christmas" while demanding cashiers say it under pain of boycott and also giving everyone foreign-looking or less Christian than you the middle finger and talking about peace and love with our former enemy of Russia so we can wage unlimited warfare on the Muslim world and maybe Mexico too would make for some great background plot for some bizarro or post-apocalyptic work of fiction.

Provided we survive Trump, they're going to need some pure inspiration if they want to escape non-fiction.

It's like we've entered a state of reality where we're living out the cards in some group's Cards Against Humanity game.

And that suspicion is only getting stronger with each passing day.
