of obstruction of justice himself. Since he was part of the Trump campaign. Easier just to issue blanket pardons like Gerald Ford.

Pence needs to hope the Mueller report comes out and doesn't implicate him.

It seems pretty clear at this point that Pence knew about Flynn lying about contacts with Russia when he was appearing in the media denying such contact. My suspicion (so far unencumbered by evidence) is that Pence was involved in the Russian contacts during the election.
