(53,787 posts)I like it but the headline needs to indicate satire or parody or something because some might not take the time to watch the video.

(63,912 posts)I once used that line and some younger person eagerly asked me what my acid trip was like! I had to confess (and I was very embarrassed to do so) that I was really just joking. She looked really disappointed...oh, dear, I guess I've done it again...

(63,912 posts)this is just too funny. Way over the top irony. I doff my cap to the campaign for guts and edginess...

(12,272 posts)That and a little wine, that's my excuse. She does look a lot like Stephanie. The ads that Cutter is actually doing are just as effective, but a little more restrained
CTyankee
(63,912 posts)And I don't even have the wine excuse!

(12,272 posts)I was drunk and it was hot has long been an acceptable excuse for almost anything
Sorry to have misled you, but it seems that our wishful thinking isn't completely unfounded, Stephanie is doing some effective ads.

(326 posts)Thank you, that was wonderfully entertaining too bad it can't have begun with "I'm Barack Obama and I applaud this message"

(1,484 posts)Usually I do not click on any of the videos because I am so deeply offended by all of the blaring advertising that pollutes whatever message is contained in the clip. I find it a lot easier to just read the words in the write up and then delete the corresponding pop-up pollution as it happens.

(1,665 posts)My three-year old grandson climbed up on my lap just as it started and said at the end of it, That was so bad! He then laughed.
By the way that is the same grandson that is running for president in 2044 (We will appreciate your vote)

(36,221 posts)Seems strange, at this time, in wake of the CO shooting, that someone would dress up as a super hero with explosions going off in the back ground, yelling Bane Bane Bane.
Is it just me? Seriously. I don't know if this ad was such a good idea. But maybe I am missing something.
